After the 24-hour window, The Mailer Box may not be able to favor any changes or cancellations because of the production process.
We keep things quite simple and clear by showing you 2D and 3D mockups of your custom boxes based on your approved design. This way, you can check your box from every angle before production. We also provide custom sample boxes for bulk orders. If you need any modifications after reviewing the mockups or samples, our graphics team and structural designers will help you with the changes free of cost. For example, if you want to switch from cardstock to corrugated cardboard, we can make that adjustment.
Corrugated, cardboard, and collapsible rigid boxes are shipped flat while some of boxes that have custom requirements are shipped pre-assembled to make sure they arrive in their best condition and are easy to store like non-collapsible rigid boxes/PR kits. This approach helps minimize shipping charges and lessens the risk of damage during transit. Once you receive your custom packaging order, the customized boxes can be quickly and easily assembled, ready to keep your product safe.
